Το μάθημα αυτό έχει στόχο την κατανόηση των επιπτώσεων και των δυνατοτήτων των Κοινωνικών Δικτύων (Social Media ) στις στρατηγικές και τακτικές μάρκετινγκ των επιχειρήσεων αλλά και στους καταναλωτές. Το LibreOffice είναι Ελεύθερο Λογισμικό και προσφέρει εφαρμογές για όλες τις ανάγκες παραγωγής εγγράφων και επεξεργασίας δεδομένων στο σύγχρονο περιβάλλον εργασίας γραφείου που απαιτεί την αυτοματοποίηση κοινών εργασιών. Το μάθημα χωρίζεται σε 16 ενότητες, κάθε ενότητα αντιστοιχεί σε 3 διδακτικές ώρες και καλύπτει συγκεκριμένη ύλη. Επειδή συνήθως οι ενότητες βασίζονται στη γνώση προηγούμενων θα πρέπει η παρακολούθηση να γίνει με τη σειρά.

Το μάθημα εξετάζει την επίδραση του ψηφιακού μετασχηματισμού στις επιχειρήσεις και έχει 3 ενότητες: στην πρώτη παρουσιάζονται οι παράγοντες που ωθούν τις επιχειρήσεις στον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό, καθώς και οι προοπτικές και τα εμπόδια, στη δεύτερη γίνεται σύντομη παρουσίαση του Νευρομάρκετινγκ και του ηλεκτρονικού εμπορίου, ενώ τέλος στην τρίτη ενότητα παρουσιάζονται τα συστήματα ERP και η συνεισφορά τους στον ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό των επιχειρήσεων.
